A Crossroad in the Balance

America, you will have what you ask. The 2008 Election is a crossroad in the balance. The cross-road is simply, the path of JESUS CHRIST or the path of anti-christ. The balance is life everlasting or a life of corruption.

Job 8:13: So are the paths of all that forget God; and the hypocrite’s hope shall perish: 14: Whose hope shall be cut off, and whose trust shall be a spider’s web. 15: He shall lean upon his house, but it shall not stand: he shall hold it fast, but it shall not endure.

At the present time it appears that, America is saying in so many ways “make us a king to judge us like all the nations” (1Samuel 8:5-8). Yet the leaders (kings) in America have turned aside after lucre, and took bribes, and perverted judgment and have rejected GOD that HE should not reign over them.

“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.” “For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.” Galatians 6:7-8

The fore-leaders of this great Nation understood the potential of a godless nation, so they established one of the most profound documents ever given to man; after the Bible.

“We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.” Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution states that; “The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and…against domestic violence.” The Constitution guarantees to every state in this union a republican form of government by “we the people of the United States” not the would be leader-kings of this Nation.

Lest we forget, the Bible is clear about nations and people who desire leader-kings and who have rejected GOD. I believe that people need to get serious and understand the Word of GOD, historically and spiritually before it is too late for America.

America, GOD will give you what you ask for in your leader-king. He will give you a liar and deceiver as you ask. So be careful of what you desire. Do not complain when you get what you deserve. For it is GOD who changes the times and the seasons and it is he that removes leader-kings, and setteth up leader-kings.

The dis-honorable Judge R. Barclay Surrick* “concludes that ordinary citizens can’t sue to ensure that a presidential candidate actually meets the constitutional requirements of the office.” “Surrick defers to Congress, saying that the legislature could determine “that citizens, voters, or party members should police the Constitution’s eligibility requirements for the Presidency,” but that it would take new laws to grant individual citizens that ability.” “Until that time,” Surrick says, “voters do not have standing to bring the sort of challenge that Plaintiff attempts to bring.” http://www.worldnetdaily.com/

Again, every citizen should be completely outraged as to the stupidity of this decision! Does Surrick recognize these words?

Barack Hussein Obama and HIS associations should matter and, indeed, better matter before it is too late! Senator Barack Hussein Obama is by far the slickest politician to arrive on the political scene in my life time; and the American people are blinded by their own stupidity, simply because they “hope” for “change we can believe in” with poor “judgment”. [Stupidity; extreme dullness of perception or understanding; insensibility; sluggishness.]

If Americans would be honest with themselves they would admit that they only really know outward or surface matters about Mr. Obama. Most Americans would have to admit that they do not have a clue as to the history of the heart of the man, Barack Hussein Obama.

Some people in the general electorate and especially the American Leftist Media (the ALM, or the “Ba-H-ama Media”*) believe that associations do not matter or should matter only in a very minuscule manner. They want to believe that an individual’s connections and network do not make a difference, since we are talking about the first serious black Democratic Party Presidential candidate. How stupid can America really be by ignoring the importance of associations in life?

One’s pattern of associations will give you an outline, insight, side view into the life and character of the individual. In short, associations can tell you a great deal about the individual.

An individual’s associations can and will give you part of a profile or outline of the person. The PC (politically correct) minded reader probably now is pausing on the use of the word “profile”, but that is why the term “outline” is used so that one’s ignorance does not get in the way of the crucial matter here. You can choose to disagree but it is true, nonetheless, and you will only fool yourself into ignorance to believe contrariwise.

If a person’s associations are normally with drug dealers and drug users wouldn’t that tell you something about the character of that individual? If a person’s associations are normally with thieves wouldn’t that tell you something about the character of that individual? If a person’s associations are normally with people who hate America wouldn’t that tell you something about the character of that individual? If a person’s associations were normally with socialist-minded persons wouldn’t that give you some profile of the character of that individual?

Why do you think that, when an individual is placed on parole/probation the court often restricts an individual’s associations with other criminals, etc.? Could it be that a person’s associations may affect the individual’s decisions and manners or behavior?

If nothing else, the appearance of questionable associations is troubling. And maybe the best advice for Barack H. Obama is to abstain from all appearance of questionable associations-as with his former pastor, Jeremiah Wright.

The endorsement of Senator Barack Obama by Senator Edward Kennedy, one of the most extreme liberal/socialists in the U.S. Government is nothing for the Constitutional United States of America to be proud of.

Yes, it does bring us closer to change in America, but the change Barack Obama will bring, if elected President, will not be the right change for the Constitutional United States of America.

Barack Obama does “stand for change”, “change we can believe in”, if that change is socialism for the United States of America; as symbolized by the endorsement of Mr. “Socialism” , himself, Edward Kennedy.

Wise up America; why else would Senator Kennedy come out to endorse Senator Obama? Mr. “Socialism” sees the possibility of a Socialist Union of the American States down the road for America, if Obama is elected. Are you ready for a socialist world view in how you live?

Mr. “Progressive” Obama stands for change, but did not stand up to be counted for a number of votes in office with a yea or a nay, but with nod of “present”. http://projects.washingtonpost.com/

Mr. “Progressive”, who wants to be President, does not have the courage to stand up and take a position on a number of matters he was sent to handle. This is either a sign of weakness or deception—maybe both.

A lot of people in his village were Muslim. He didn’t practice Islam. Truth is, he wasn’t very religious.” That was a lie. Obama’s father and stepfather were devout Islamics. Both faithfully practiced their religion. His stepfather, who had a much greater impact on Obama’s upbringing, was a radical Wahabbi Muslim. “My mother was a Christian from Kansas.” That was also a lie. Obama’s mother, his material grandmother and grandfather were all atheists. “They married and then divorced. I was raised by my mother. So, I’ve always been a Christian. The only connection I’ve had to Islam is that my grandfather on my father’s side came from that country. Should true Conservatives or Republicans trust Senator John McCain to be its nominee?

“It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.” (Psalm 118:8) “Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.” (Psalm 40:4)

Senator John McCain is a senior member of the “ailing Washington culture”. On his Web site, Mr. McCain speaks of the “ailing Washington culture” as though he is or has not been a part of this culture. Let me remind the Senator that in 1982 he was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives, in 1986 elected to the U.S. Senate and has been in the “ailing Washington culture” ever since.

In order to keep this “ailing Washington culture” going, the New York Times endorses John McCain and Hillary Clinton, maybe they can be running mates. reuters.com/news/article “In backing McCain, the Times editorial board said it had strong disagreements with all the Republicans running for the presidency, but among them the Arizona senator was an easy choice.”

When the New York (Socialist) Times and other liberal left-wing socialist media seriously endorses the GOP candidate it can only mean two things: one, they believe that Conservatives/Republicans are stupid or two, that this is the candidate they do not want to go against because he is more like them. As history indicates McCain could switch his views as a, somewhat, liberal-moderate leaning Republican at any time.

As an example, would a true GOP conservative allow Juan Hernandez to advise them on illegal alien/U.S. border matters? Well Mr. Hernandez, a dual American-Mexican citizen known for his “Mexico first” declarations, is an unpaid adviser to McCain’s presidential campaign. worldnetdaily.com/

John McCain says, “I have always believed that our border must be secure and that the federal government has utterly failed in its responsibility to ensure that it is secure. Mr. McCain goes on to say, “Border security and our failed immigration system are more examples of an ailing Washington culture in need of reform to regain the trust of Americans. In too many areas — from immigration and pork barrel spending to Social Security, health care, energy security and tax relief — business-as-usual politics prevents addressing the important challenges facing our nation.” www.johnmccain.com/

Did “you can trust me now McCain” forget about the so called Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act of 2007, a law that would have provided over 15 million illegal aliens citizenship at the drop of a hat?

On ethics he suggests that, “America deserves and demands a government that serves the country, not itself. Most people believe that elected leaders are more interested in the perks and privileges of office than in public service, and that too often the special interest lobbyists with the fattest wallets and best access carry the day when issues of public policy are being decided.” www.johnmccain.com/

What about the McCain–Feingold Act, when it comes to campaign financing ethics, Mr. McCain? A fundamental rip-off of the American citizen’s rights to voice opinions 30-60 days before an election. Talk about the “ailing Washington culture”.

Did “you can trust me now McCain” think that we have forgotten about his role in the “Keating Five Scandal”; the Savings and Loan institutions collapse in the late 1980s. Talk about the “ailing Washington culture”.

This writer believes that it is the beginning of the End of the GOP, if “you can trust me now McCain” is the Republican Nominee for 2008.

Are you a Citizen or not? That is what life comes down to in the United States of America.

According to a news story, “Police in suburban Scottsdale have begun routinely asking for proof of citizenship from every suspect they arrest and turning those who are in this country illegally over to federal immigration officials.” apnews.myway.com/article/[Note Correction; www.foxnews.com/] [If they are in the country illegally-not a citizen]

Are you a Citizen or not?

The basic reasons for why the U.S. Constitution was formed has been and is being marginalized, in some cases, by mere ignorance or of little concern and, in other cases, intentional subversion by what this writer will boldly refer to as treasonous internationalists.

“Just as the Bible with its basic doctrinal definitives, identifies who and what a Christian is, our national Constitution with its Bill of Rights identify who is a U.S. citizen and guarantees what each citizen’s rights are. Just as the liberal church theologians now try to eliminate the word “doctrine” from the Bible, the one-world internationalists are eliminating the Bill of Rights, if not the entire constitutional structure.

The Preamble to the Constitution gives the general reasons for its establishment:

“We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

The basic fabric of this Constitution is about “We the People” or in other words we the Citizens of the United States of America. It’s about being a Citizen or not. The existence of this Constitution is about people who are citizens of this governmental entity ordained by GOD.

What does the U.S. Constitution have to say about being a citizen or not?

The Constitution of the United States; Amendment XIV

“Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

For purposes as identified by the Constitution of the United States, persons are citizens. Specifically, the word “persons” as defined here are the “citizens” of the United States.

Thus the constitutional definition of the term “citizens” as used here is: “all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.”

Let’s read this Section with more understanding as to who is a citizen or not.

Section one says; All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person [meaning any citizen] of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person [meaning any citizen] within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. [This writer’s emphasis and comments added]

A U.S. Citizen is essentially, one who has “privileges” and “immunities” and shall not be deprived of “life, liberty, or property, without due process of law” or “the equal protection of the laws”.

Conversely, non-citizens or illegal aliens do not have “privileges” and “immunities” and can be deprived of living their life within the borders of the United States, and having liberty, or property within the borders of the United States, without due process of law or the equal protection of the laws.

Simply put, an illegal alien is not a citizen and thus have no “privileges” and “immunities”; although non-citizens (illegal aliens) are and should be allowed due process of law.

However, since the government have allowed non-citizens (or illegal aliens) “privileges” and “immunities”, non-citizens and certain groups (such as the ACLU, the main stream media and other socialists) now believe that they (non-citizens) have rights never constitutionally given—which is, as this writer believes, is the core reason that the non-citizenship (illegal alien) problem persists.

As a citizen you should know your basic Bill of Rights; “privileges” and “immunities”.

It is interesting to note that July 4, 2008 will be 232 years since The Declaration of Independence. As Citizens it would be good to read and take note of the words of this great Declaration, which in part reads:

“When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. In 1776 this Country was at a crossroad and decided to turn in the right direction. We again, are at another crossroad of our Sovereignty as a Nation—which way will we turn this time?

Do we take our Citizenship for granted? The Webster’s 1828 Dictionary defines Citizen as, in part:

“The native of a city, or an inhabitant who enjoys the freedom and privileges of the city in which he resides; the freeman of a city, as distinguished from a foreigner, or one not entitled to its franchises.”

After having said all this, in the end it’s really about citizenship in the Kingdom of GOD, it’s about our LORD JESUS CHRIST.

Most U.S. citizens do not seem to know and/or care that our Constitution is gradually being eroded, eliminated or replaced by Executive, Legislative and Judicial fiat.

It is time for the citizens of the United States of America to wake up before the foundation which established this Nation is removed. The foundation referred to here is the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights.

Once the founding documents have been sufficiently eroded, eliminated or replaced, this Nation, as we have once known it, will no longer exist.

“And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.” Romans 13:11

Citizens of this Nation fail to look at “the big picture” when it comes to governing this Nation, and the representatives of the People prefer that to be the case. For if the powers to be can keep the citizens focused on an issue here and an issue there it supports their goal of keeping power over “We The People”.

With exception to two 2008 Presidential candidates, there is very little or no mention in their respective platforms about their position on the most important documents of this Nation. The candidates would rather amuse the masses with personal attacks and smoke screens to avoid discussion of their real agendas and the media is conspirators in the whole process.

In watching what the media would have us to believe are debates, where planted personal agendas (plants) are the norm today, you can see the shallowness of the questions and answers of the debates. This is appalling and is or should be an insult to the intelligence of every citizen of this Nation. The media and Republican Party even went so far as to not allow candidate Alan Keyes to “debate”. What are they afraid of?

It is not a surprise to this writer as to why Ambassador Alan Keyes has been excluded at certain points within the process. His credentials, knowledge and debating skills would overshadow anyone who takes the platform with him.

This writer believes that Ambassador Keyes is the only Presidential candidate with the credibility, integrity and the right credentials at this time to be the President of the United States of America and deserves serious consideration for the Office.

Ambassador Keyes should not be ignored by the media and parties and “We The People” should not allow the powers to be to dictate to us who can and cannot run—or we shall get what we deserve.

Democrat senators supported and spoke lies in hypocrisy on the Floor of the Senate earlier this week. The cast of senators have no conscience or their conscience must seared with a hot iron to be able to stand and lie about what Mr. Rush Limbaugh said on radio.

In a letter on October 2, 2007 to the CEO of Clear Channel Communications, Inc. certain democrat party leaders spent precious tax payer time and money to put forth the blatant distortions (lies) of a liberal blog conservative-hate-group called “Media Matters”.

In part the letter states; “Although Americans of goodwill debate the merits of this war, we can all agree that those who serve with such great courage deserve our deepest respect and gratitude. That is why Rush Limbaugh’s recent characterization of troops who oppose the war as “phony soldiers” is such an outrage.” www.drudgereport.com/

This writer can say in all truthfulness, that the lies put forth by Media Matters and picked up by the cast of senate liars is a disgrace to this country and every true legal American should be outraged at how these so called leaders behave. This writer can say this because of listening to what was said on that show and having begun listening to Mr. Limbaugh soon after going on the radio years ago. This Cast is an embarrassment to America.
